The Controller processes users’ personal data, adopting suitable security measures aimed at preventing unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the personal data. In addition to the Controller, certain categories of agents involved in organising the site (administrative, sales, marketing and legal staff, system administrators) or outside subjects (such as third-party providers of technical services, postal mail, hosting providers, computer companies, communication agencies) who if necessary are also named Data Supervisors by the Controller, may also have access to the data. The updated list of Supervisors may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.
The data are processed for the period of time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or required for the purposes described in this document, and the User may request interruption of the processing and deletion of the data at any time. The Data is processed at the Controller’s operating units and at any other site where the parties involved in the processing are located.
The User’s Personal Data may be used for defence by the Controller in court or in phases before it occurs against abuses in the use of same or of the connected services by the User. The User declares that it is aware that the Controller may be asked to reveal his data at the request of public authorities.
The subjects to whom the Personal Data refers are entitled at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence, or non-existence, of same held by the Data Controller, to learn the content and origin, to verify the accuracy and request supplementation, deletion, updating, correction, conversion to anonymous format or blocking of Personal Data processed in breach of the law, and to object at any time, for legitimate reasons, to the processing. Requests must be sent to the Data Controller.

By filling in the contact form with its own Data, the User consents to its use to obtain replies to requests for information, quotations, or any other type of information indicated by the heading on the form.

The services contained in this section enable the Data Controller to monitor and analyse traffic data and are used to keep track of the User’s behaviour.

These services allow interaction with the social networks, or with our external platforms, directly from the page of this Application. The interactions and information acquired by this Application are in any case subject to the User’s privacy settings relative to each social network. In the event a service is installed for interacting with the social networks, it is possible that, even if the User does not utilise the service, it collects traffic data relating to the pages where it is installed.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google used the Personal Data collected in order to track and review the use of this Application, compile reports and share them with other services developed by Google. Google could use the Personal Data to contextualise and personalise advertisements in its own advertising network.

“Personal information” is understood as any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, through reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.
This includes information collected automatically by this Application (or by the third-party applications sued by this Application), including: IP addresses or domain names for the computers used by the User connecting via this Application, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the replay from the server (successful, error, etc.), the country of origin, the browser characteristics and the operating system used by the visitor, the various time connotations of the visit (e.g., time spent on each page) and details relating to the itinerary followed within the Application, with special reference to the sequence of the pages consulted, operating system settings, and the User’s computer environment.
