This section provides guidance on the terms and conditions of accreditation on the bulletin Suppliers ; therefore interested companies and professionals who already have or intend to have intercourse for the supply of goods and services with Miami Scientific Italian Community, which reserves the right , if interested, to enable the status of qualified supplier companies and professionals who request it.
Those interested should follow the instructions provided and submit the required documentation ; applicants will receive by e-mail, in case of a positive assessment of the application , notification of inclusion in the Suppliers.
Conditions and procedures for applying for registration in the suppliers
The area suppliers online has been created to give opportunities to individuals and / or professionals and to companies and firms that wish to start with the Miami Scientific Italian Community reports of supply of goods and services, to apply for entry to ‘ Vendor List. The acceptance of applications for registration by Miami Scientific Italian Community discretionary if the supplier that is proposed is not considered appropriate or the activity that takes place is not considered of interest , Miami Scientific Italian Community reserves the right to refuse entry of Suppliers .
The requirements for registration of Supplier
The minimum requirements to apply for and possibly obtain registration of Suppliers are:
- be in compliance with current legislation on the prevention of crime mafia;
- be in compliance with the payment of social security contributions and assistance with the payment of taxes;
- not be in a state of bankruptcy, liquidation , receivership, composition with creditors and have no ongoing proceedings at their own expense to the statement of one of those States;
- that the legal representative / Freelancer has not been convicted by a judgment which has the force of res judicata for any offense concerning the professional conduct or financial crimes;
- be in possession of professional qualifications , approvals or licenses required for the performance of professional services / provision of services required by the regulations in force for the relevant category;
- carry out the activity for at least three consecutive years.
Required Documentation
To examine the request for registration must be attached to the application form registration the documents specified as mandatory are:
- freelancers and individuals: a curriculum vitae, a photocopy of a valid identity document and a document setting out the main work experience
- companies ( individual and collective) legally established : copy of valid ID of the legal representative , the document containing the main works carried out over the last n. 3 years and a document indicating the references of key customers.
The Miami Scientific Italian Community reserves the right to require the integration if the documentation is incomplete.
Controls
The Miami Scientific Italian Community carry out inspections and investigations as to the veracity of the statements made.
Notification of the entry
The Miami Scientific Italian Community communicate to the parties concerned, by e-mail , the acceptance of the application and the registration of Suppliers of society.
