Confindustria’s Piccola Industria has a new president: Fausto Bianchi. Born in 1976 and a second-generation entrepreneur from Latina, Bianchi brings with him a wealth of experience, a broad and modern vision, and a deep connection to Italy’s entrepreneurial fabric. Owner of the Bianchi Assicurazioni Group, husband and father of two, he represents a generation of business leaders who manage to blend family tradition with a strong drive for innovation.
Bianchi’s professional journey spans multiple sectors, tied together by the same spirit of curiosity and a constant desire to experiment. Alongside the insurance business – which remains the core of his family’s activity – he has explored a wide range of industries, often anticipating market trends and identifying emerging opportunities.
In 2015, he co-founded WHITERICEVIMENTI®, a company that has carved out a distinctive place in the events and hospitality sector thanks to its refined style, attention to detail, and high quality. Two years later, he launched a startup focused on developing smart vehicles for people with disabilities, a project that blends technology, social impact, and accessible mobility.
More recently, he became involved in BlueShield Technology, founded at the end of 2023. The company tackles one of the most critical environmental challenges in the maritime sector: bilge water pollution. Its mission is not just to mitigate environmental damage but to prevent it at the source, replacing outdated and ineffective systems with advanced, regenerative, and genuinely sustainable solutions.
Bianchi’s appointment as president of the Piccola Industria comes after a long and active history within Confindustria. He currently serves as President of Unindustria Latina, and over the years has held numerous important positions: regional president of the Young Entrepreneurs, regional president of the Small Industry, and president of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Unindustria from 2015 to 2018. He also chaired the Technical Committee for Startups and Youth Entrepreneurship and, in 2017, the Young Entrepreneurs’ Central Italy Committee.
Today, he is Vice President of Unindustria Lazio and leads the Technical Group on Smart Specialization and Open Innovation, further underscoring his commitment to innovation, competitiveness, and the evolution of the industrial system.

La Piccola Industria di Confindustria ha un nuovo presidente: Fausto Bianchi. Nato nel 1976 e imprenditore di seconda generazione originario di Latina, Bianchi porta con sé un bagaglio ricco di esperienze, una visione aperta e un forte radicamento nel tessuto produttivo italiano. Titolare del Gruppo Bianchiassicurazioni, marito e padre di due figli, incarna quella generazione di imprenditori capace di coniugare tradizione familiare e slancio innovativo.
Il suo percorso professionale attraversa mondi diversi, uniti dalla stessa curiosità e dalla volontà costante di sperimentare. Accanto all’attività assicurativa, cuore dell’impresa di famiglia, Bianchi ha esplorato settori eterogenei, seguendo intuizioni spesso in anticipo rispetto alle tendenze di mercato.
Nel 2015 ha co-fondato WHITERICEVIMENTI®, azienda che nel panorama degli eventi e dei ricevimenti si è affermata per stile, cura e qualità. Due anni più tardi ha avviato una startup dedicata allo sviluppo di veicoli intelligenti per persone con disabilità, un progetto che mette insieme tecnologia, inclusione e mobilità sostenibile.
Più recente è invece la sua partecipazione in BlueShield Technology, nata a fine 2023: un’impresa impegnata su uno dei fronti più critici dell’inquinamento marittimo, quello delle acque di sentina. L’azienda punta a superare soluzioni ormai obsolete, proponendo sistemi tecnologici in grado di prevenire l’inquinamento alla radice, con un approccio realmente rigenerativo e sostenibile.
La nomina di Bianchi a presidente della Piccola Industria arriva dopo un lungo e intenso percorso all’interno del sistema confindustriale. Oggi è Presidente di Unindustria Latina, ma negli anni ha ricoperto numerosi incarichi: presidente dei Giovani Imprenditori Regionali, presidente regionale della Piccola Industria, presidente del Gruppo Giovani Imprenditori di Unindustria dal 2015 al 2018, presidente del Comitato Tecnico Startup e Imprenditoria Giovanile, e nel 2017 presidente del Comitato del Centro Italia dei Giovani Imprenditori.
Attualmente è Vice Presidente di Unindustria Lazio e guida il Gruppo Tecnico Specializzazione Intelligente e Innovazione Aperta, a conferma di un impegno costante sui temi dell’innovazione e della competitività.
Il percorso di Fausto Bianchi racconta molto della visione che porterà alla Piccola Industria: una visione fondata sull’innovazione, sulla sostenibilità e sulla capacità delle PMI di guardare al futuro con lucidità e coraggio.
