For the U.S. delegation a trip to the “Made il Lazio” enterprise culture

Unindustria Lazio’s efforts to foster knowledge of the region’s manufacturing excellence and networking with Iowa State University continue: in recent days, a delegation from the American University visited members CFFT, in Civitavecchia and Bitron, in Alatri.

In Civitavecchia, the University delegation visited the CFFT company: students and professors from the College of Business were able to analyze the logistical solutions adopted by the company in the transportation of fruit and storage of goods. The visit took place at Pier 25 of the port of Civitavecchia and at the Interporto, also managed by CFFT.

In the following days, the delegation was a guest at Bitron’s Alatri plant and was able to visit the company engaged in the design and manufacture of mechatronic systems for domestic, automotive and climate control equipment. The presentation was followed by a guided tour inside the production department, which interested and enthused the participants who, with curiosity and enthusiasm, asked their questions to the Bitron team.
