Fausto Bianchi is currently serving as the President of Confindustria’s Piccola Industria.
Fausto Bianchi (born in 1976 in Latina, Italy) is the President of Confindustria’s Piccola Industria (General Confederation of Italian Industry) and a second-generation entrepreneur leading the Bianchi Assicurazioni Group. Deeply rooted in the local business community, he is married and the father of two, and represents a generation of entrepreneurs who seamlessly blend family tradition with innovation and forward-looking vision.
Bianchi’s professional journey stands out for its ability to move across different sectors, guided by a strong curiosity and a knack for anticipating market trends. Alongside the family’s core insurance business, in 2015 he co-founded WHITERICEVIMENTI®️, a company that has become a recognized name in high-end events and hospitality. In 2017, he launched a startup focused on developing smart vehicles for people with disabilities, combining technology, inclusion, and sustainable mobility.
More recently, he became involved in BlueShield Technology (2023), an innovative company tackling one of the most critical challenges in maritime pollution: bilge water. The company aims to replace outdated systems with advanced technological solutions designed to prevent pollution at its source through a regenerative and genuinely sustainable approach.
Within the Confindustria ecosystem, Bianchi has held numerous leadership roles. He currently serves as President of Unindustria Latina and Vice President of Unindustria Lazio, where he also leads the Technical Group on Smart Specialization and Open Innovation. His previous positions include Regional President of the Piccola Industria, Regional President of Young Entrepreneurs, President of Unindustria’s Young Entrepreneurs Group (2015–2018), Chairman of the Technical Committee on Startups and Youth Entrepreneurship, and in 2017, Chairman of the Central Italy Committee of Young Entrepreneurs.
