The companies that implement Open Innovation practices and virtuous employee management practices at the same time have a level of profitability (ROCE) almost double that of other companies.
This is one of the results of the Report of the COTEC Open Innovation Foundation, realized in collaboration with Enel Foundation and Luiss Guido Carli University.
The report will be presented on Wednesday, February 24 at 10.00am in an online event with the participation of Professor Henry Chesbrough, Executive Director of the Garwood Center for Corporate Innovation at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, creator and theor of the Open Innovation paradigm, as well as representatives of the academic and economic-industrial world.
The event will be broadcasted in live streaming in Italian language on Luiss Social TV.
