Eduardo Montefusco, president of Radio Dimensione Suono, precursor of the Italian private radio station, for this reason he was given the title of Cavaliere del Lavoro by the President of the Italian Republic, today was unanimously elected President of Dab Italia, the consortium company for the Italian broadcasting of Dab+digital radio programs.

“My primary commitment will be the enhancement of digital radio with the extension of the broadcasting network and services offered – said Montefusco commenting on his election – Dab is now an essential reality for the development of the radio system to guarantee citizens and information”.

Dab Italia is the first operator in Italy for digital radio participated by the most important publishing groups operating in the sector, including Gedi, Il Sole 24 Ore, Monradio (Radio Mediaset), the programs broadcast today cover 82 percent of the Italian population with a service particularly dedicated to mobility routes.
